Each manufacturer has its own warranty policy. Part on Wheels will assist customers with their warranty; however we do not provide any direct warranty on any item sold.
For any claim submitted by the customer to the manufacturer, the right to accept/deny any replacement or service remains with the manufacturer.
Please note warranty processing may take 4-8 weeks and will be subjects to the individual manufacturer’s policies and discretion. Manufacturer warranties do not cover defects determined to be caused by normal wear or due to customer negligence.
