Before we get into specifics, let us be clear on our shipping “philosophy”:
- We want to get things to you as quickly as humanly possible.
- If there is a shipping charge (for some categories, for example), we are not in business to “profit” from shipping; you are charged what we are charged;
- Under commit; over-deliver.
Delivery Time
Delivery Time is dependent on 2 factors: “Availability”. Every product detail’s page will show a value similar to “Usually Ships in the same day”. It is also noted in the Shopping Cart and informs you of how quickly an item will be ready to ship out. For example, some items will ship within 24 hours, others in a couple of days, while some may take as many as several weeks (especially custom products). The “Availability” value is an estimate. We do our best to ship items out as quickly as possible, so we often get orders out more quickly than is noted by the “Availability” time frame, but please do not count on that. Additionally, please note that delivery time is also based on “business” days. For example, if you place an order on Sunday, it’s impossible for us to ship an item on the same day as all the shippers are closed.
An estimated delivery time is displayed on the Order Summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location. Sometimes, the delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.

Delivery in 7-10 business days
Non-Express Service, For Non-Metros and cities not mentioned above, usually your order should reach your doorstep within 7-10 business days from the time it was confirmed with us. In a few locations, the delivery may take longer, depending on the accessibility of your location by our logistics partners. Some products in our catalog are heavy or bulky and shipped through our surface logistics partner. These orders may usually take 12-15 business days and their delivery may not be possible at a few select locations.
Free Shipping Offers
Free shipping promotions are available on domestic shipments only. You can expect delivery of your order on business days. Business days are defined as all working days from Monday to Saturday, excluding national and state holidays.
Partial Delivery
Please check if your order contains items with different delivery times. Items with different delivery times are shipped to you separately so please don’t worry your item is on its way. In some instances, there could be an item in your order that may have failed our Quality Check, which is done prior to dispatch, and don’t have an alternate QC passed item. In such an event you may be sent that part of the order available in stock. Be assured that we will make every attempt to procure the product/s unless canceled by you. If we cannot fulfill your purchase, we will refund you the payment made towards that item.
Expedite A Delivery
The current logistics infrastructure in India today doesn’t allow us to expedite further.
