Usage And Utility

• The sensor is mounted on the side‑stand bracket, close to where the stand pivots.

• When the stand is down, a plunger or arm on the switch is depressed by the stand, completing the circuit and disabling the engine start for safety.

• When the stand is retracted, the plunger releases, allowing the bike to start. This prevents riding off while the kick stand is down.
